Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 7–15 working days . As we work directly with our international logistics partners, delivery times may vary.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Why was only part of my order delivered?
Depending on the product, different items may be shipped from different warehouses. This means you may sometimes receive your order in multiple packages .

Order & Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna or instant bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering , as we process orders immediately.

Returns & Warranty

What do I do if my item is damaged?
Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number. We will send you a free replacement or refund the amount.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by email first.
